Residential Property Solicitor - Fee Earner Chorley

My client is a multi service law firm based in Chorley who prides itself on the service it provides its clients. They now seek to appoint a residential conveyancer to join the team of a Partner, Conveyancer, 2 full time assistants and a legal secretary.

The role will be to manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters including sales and purchase, mortgaging, right to buy, freehold and leasehold.


The ideal candidate will be either Qualified or experienced and the firm offers excellent progression and further Training. The firm offers a really friendly working and modern environment, and a real genuine desire to provide a first class conveyancing service to its clients.

The firm are looking to pay £25 £30 000 per annum.
