Salary: £25.00 - £33.00 per hour

A long established firm based in the heart of Surrey have organically grown a reputation for providing a specialist conveyancing service to individuals across the region. Due to a maternity leave cover requirement they are looking to recruit a Locum Residential Conveyancer to join their firm on a full time locum basis.

The role would suit a Locum Residential Conveyancer who has dealt with the full remit of domestic property transactions and can successful manage a full caseload. Applications for this role will be considered from qualified solicitors, legal executives or licensed conveyancers with at least 3-5 years' PQE who is technically competent and can quickly become an integral part of a team.
