Our client, a well-respected and CQS Accredited firm based in Surrey is looking to recruit a Locum Property Solicitor to join their specialist property department on a full time locum basis to cover a holiday. The role would suit a qualified property solicitor who has gained experience dealing with the full remit of domestic and commercial property transactions.

This opportunity will allow the Locum Property Solicitor to manage a full caseload of residential and commercial property matters which will include:

• Purchase and development
• Outside lenders
• Joint ventures

Applications will be considered from qualified solicitors with at least 3-5 years' PQE who can commit to various holiday cover requirements. Ideally the Locum Property Solicitor will be technically competent and able to hit the ground running.
