An exciting and rare opportunity has come up for a Licensed Conveyancer/Legal Executive to take their career in house and work for one of the most prominent businesses in the Worcester region.

Description
As the Legal Manager you will be responsible managing a large property portfolio which will include managing the legal titles and drafting leases, licenses, wayleaves and easements. You will have one paralegal working alongside you on this and they will report directly into you whilst you report directly to a Senior Solicitor within the department.
You will be managing relationships both internally and externally and will be providing a range of legal advice on property matters in an efficient and cost effective manner.
Profile
The successful Legal Manager will be expected to demonstrate a solid background of working within a Residential Conveyancing team with experience of dealing with a variety of transactions.
Qualification wise it will be essential for you to either be Legal Executive or a Licensed Conveyancer.
Job Offer
A starting salary of £35,000 is on offer for the successful Legal Manager.
