The Role: Locum Residential Conveyancer
Location: Hampshire
Salary: £28.00 - £33.00
Contract Type: Short term Locum
A traditional yet modern firm based in the heart of Hampshire is looking to recruit a Locum Residential Conveyancer to join their busy team due to various holiday cover requirements.
This opportunity will enable the Locum Residential Conveyancer to manage and progress a caseload of domestic property transactions which will include:
- High value transactions
- Transfer of equity
- New build matters
- Shard ownership matters
- Remortgages
Applications for this Locum Residential Conveyancer role will be considered from qualified solicitors, legal executives or licenced conveyancers with at least 3-5 years' PQE who are technically competent and able to work with minimal supervision.
