My client a leading life sciences company based in Berkshire are now looking for a Legal Counsel to join their collegiate team in Berkshire.
Reporting into the General Counsel, your responsibilities will be wide ranging and include:
- drafting and negotiating a range of commercial contracts including distribution agreements, service agreements and manufacturing agreements
- providing support on corporate matters
- advising on compliance related issues
The ideal candidate will likely have 1-5+ PQE experience working in private practice or in-house and my client will consider IP or Commercial lawyers for a broad commercial role. Whilst pharmaceuticals experience will be desirable it is not essential. What is essential is the ability to work in a fun and fast paced environment.
