An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced solicitor 2-4 years PQE to join the employment team of this established London City firm.
You will be a competent solicitor specialising in employment law and required to provide accurate, commercially-focused employment law advice .
You will advise on the full scope of non-contentious employment law from advising on employment contracts and policies, performance and absence management, disciplinary and grievance procedures through to managing restructuring, redundancies and settlement agreements, and advising on TUPE and other corporate issues as they arise.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills, the ability to manage a caseload efficiently and to make robust commercial decisions.
Ideally you will be circa 2 to 4 years PQE or more. Please contact me for full information.
