COMMERCIAL PROPERTY SOLICITOR / ASSOCIATE - MANCHESTER
Commercial Property Solicitor / Associate – A role has arisen within this highly-regarded Manchester team for a junior Associate or Senior Associate commercial property solicitor to join its leading national team. The successful candidate will advise on a range of matters for an impressive portfolio of clients as well as assisting one of the key Partners in the practice group.

NATURE OF THE WORK
Commercial Property solicitors within the team undertake a vast array of work in various sectors such as retail, leisure, logistics as well as property development and constructions. The work ranges from acquisitions and disposals, lease and licence negotiations as well as a certain amount of corporate support work with the corporate team.
The clients tend to be large national businesses including public authorities though the practice group advises successful SMEs within the regional market and further a-field. Lawyers within the department work across the national network of offices including the London office. The sector-driven approach affords solicitors the chance to gain exposure to a far greater variety of work and forge relationships with lawyers across the practice group.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
Ideally, the team is looking for someone at Associate or Senior Associate level. Candidates should be able to demonstrate a proven background in commercial property. Any experience of working within the public sector would also be highly useful, though not critical.
