An exciting opportunity has arisen with an international law firm who are looking to recruit a Property Litigation Paralegal into their Birmingham City Centre office.

Our client is an international law firm based in Birmingham City Centre.
Description
As a Property Litigation Paralegal you will be responsible for running your own caseload of litigated matters primarily concerning the 1954 Landlord & Tenant Act. You will be responsible for approximately 150 matters from instruction through to settlement. You will also provide support on more complex matters and conduct legal research as and when required to do so.
As the current fee earner is starting a training contract with the firm later this year there will be a handover of their current caseload to the successful hire for this role.
Profile
The ideal Property Litigation Paralegal will have a solid litigation background and ideally have completed the LPC however the LPC is not an essential requirement. It is essential to be able to demonstrate a track record of running your own litigation matters and therefore having the transferable skills that would be required for this role.
