Locum Head of Residential Conveyancing Opportunity
A large Private Practice firm based in Devon is currently recruiting for a locum to cover the caseload of the Head of Conveyancing.
The day to day duties will include:
- Dealing with all aspects of Conveyancing including handling leases, exchanges, completions, sales and purchases
- Handling registered and unregistered files
- Liaising with clients, estate agents and solicitors and controlled the process from commencement to post completion without supervision
The successful candidate must have strong Residential Conveyancing experience and be 5+ years PQE. This position will be for the whole of July.
