If you are a highly technical and experienced Land Law Solicitor, this is an exciting, non-transactional position that will involve managing a challenging and mixed caseload of Land Law matters, as well as providing specialist advice and updates to the firm’s property lawyers on all complex issues, and as the need arises in day-to-day transactional work.

As a Land Law Solicitor, you will be fully conversant in Land Law issues and procedures affecting the firm’s landowner clients. You will have extensive experience, ideally gained at a reputable law firm, and be able to demonstrate your technical knowledge and ability to think outside the box in order to efficiently resolve or avoid Land Law issues that may arise.
