CQS-accredited department requires an additional Residential Property Lawyer in Lincolnshire.

The Role
We are now tasked with sourcing a talented and driven Residential Property Lawyer to join our clients’ well-regarded practice in Lincoln. Becoming part of a dedicated team, including a number of the firms’ partners; the successful Lawyer will manage a full and varied caseload of conveyancing transactions from instruction to post-completion. Matters will incorporate: freehold and leasehold; remortgages; investment properties; equity release; transfers of equity; shared ownership and; landlord and tenant work. Additional involvement in business development activities will form an essential part of the role, with the ideal Lawyer having prior experience in assisting with the growth of a department.

The Candidate
You must be a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with solid experience in Residential Property.
You must have excellent technical skills with expertise encompassing all aspects of conveyancing.
You will be client focused with first class interpersonal skills across all levels.
You will be IT literate, ideally with prior experience in the use of case management systems.
Previous experience working to CQS requirements would be advantageous.
A proven track record of successful involvement in business development activities is essential.
