The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic and driven Senior Probate Solicitor to join a well-regarded, specialist company in Ipswich. Leading a team of fee earners and administrators, the successful Solicitor will also manage a full caseload consisting predominantly of probate and estate administration for intestate estates. Liaising regularly with the probate registry and beneficiaries, the caseload will involve ensuring estates are completely and fairly distributed between eligible parties. The ideal Solicitor will also manage and mentor junior members of the team, completing CPD as appropriate.

The Candidate
You must be a qualified Solicitor with 5 years’ plus PQE gained within a reputable Probate / Private Client department.
You must have excellent technical skills with specialist expertise in Probate including intestacies being essential for the position.
You will have prior supervisory experience and the ability to lead and motivate a team of specialists.
You will be client-focused with excellent communication skills across all levels.
STEP membership is desirable but not essential.
You will be able to manage a demanding caseload, meeting tight deadlines and maintaining high levels of accuracy.
You will be driven, personable and dedicated to first class levels of service and client care.
