Our client is a leading law firm who are seeking a competition lawyer to join their firm in their Brussels, Belgium. They are seeking a competition lawyer with 1-5 PQE. You will need to have experience in competition issues arising from commercial contracts, competition complaints, investigations, competition litigation, merger control, state aid issues, and public and utilities procurement.
The successful applicant will have gained their experience within a recognised Competition team at a leading International firm, and should be able to demonstrate a clear track record of knowledge in complex cross-border Competition work. you will have an admittance in the German bar and have a fluency in both English and German language.
