A highly regarded City firm are looking for a 5+ year PQE Solicitor to join their Family team on a 6 month fixed term contract commencing in September to cover a period of maternity leave.
Providing expert advice to High Net Worth clients in relation to all areas of Family Law you will be responsible for:
- day to day running of files without supervision
- issuing and progressing court applications
- negotiating settlements
- preparing Briefs to Counsel and attend hearings
- drafting pre and post nuptial agrements
- keep clients updated with progress and costs
To be considered for this role you will have previous experience in a similar role working for a reputable firm managing matters for high new worth clients. You will be able to manage your own case load whilst working as an integral member of a busy team.
