Commercial Property Solicitor x 2

My client, a large North West based law firm with offices throughout the North of England are seeking to appoint 2 Commercial Property Solicitors to join their office in Preston.

The Senior role are for Commercial Property Solicitor with 4 Years PQE+ to work on complex development and site/ land acquisitions on behalf of Housing Associations.

The Junior role is for a Commercial Property Solicitor with 1-2 Years PQE+ to work on a variety of non-contentious Commercial Property matters covering; Property Development & Purchases on behalf of Housing Associations

Applicants will be able to demonstrate previous experience within Commercial Property with a particular emphasis on Property Development and Land Acquisitions. Additionally you will be comfortable working under minimal supervision and possess excellent communication skills.
