This is a full-time role working 5.00pm-12.30am, Monday to Friday, supporting the out-of-hours administrative need of the London Office and coordinating with other Business Services teams.

Responsibilities
• Matter administration
• Scanning (bills/expenses)
• Document production (in conjunction with our Document Production Unit)
• Coordinating printing and photocopying
• Faxing, indexing and bundling
• Ad hoc meeting organisation and related administrative tasks
• Liaising with clients (internal and external)
Key Skills and Experience Required

• Ability to confidently deal with demanding situations, people and requirements

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and online research tools
