BANKING LAWYER
c. 3-6 YEARS' PQE
Our client is a leading global lender with a strong London presence. Reporting to the General Counsel, you will enjoy a particularly broad-ranging role providing legal guidance to business colleagues and advising at all stages of each transaction.
The ideal candidates will be UK or common law qualified and have trained, qualified and practiced within a leading law firm, preferably in as wide a range of banking work as possible. You must be competent with LMA documentation from both a legal and commercial perspective. You need to be able to build relationships across the bank and have the confidence and gravitas to influence across all levels of the business. Any experience of working with clients in emerging territories will be welcome.
