A top 200 law firm based in Manchester is seeking a Customer support consultant to join them within their award winning firm based in Manchester city centre.

The Customer support consultant will be part of the Mortgage team dealing with the rehabilitation of clients in mortgage arrears.

The main duties will be to: -

- Maximise the rehabilitation of mortgage accounts and collection of overdue debt
- Provide professional, approachable, and informative information for all customers, clients and third parties whilst maintaining a high level of customer servicing
- To process inbound and outbound calls
- Provide assistance to other colleagues, fee earners and solicitors within the department when required


To be considered for this position it is important that you have a years' experience in legal debt recovery or debt enforcement. It would also be beneficial if you have experience with proclaim accounts.
