Commercial Solicitor

Our client a niche Legal 500 commercial firm have a reputation for attracting talent from top tier firms as a result of the quality of work they undertake. An exciting position has now arisen within their Commercial department for a Commercial solicitor to join their highly regarded team based in Manchester City Centre.

Our client's commercial team act for a number of household names in the full remit of commercial matters, including general contracts, IP and IT matters. An opportunity has now arisen for a strong Commercial solicitor to join the team with a focus on IT matters. The role will involve running a full caseload predominately relating to IT contracts on behalf of both suppliers and customers. You will also be assisting the wider team with general commercial and IP matters as and when required, albeit experience in these areas is not essential. The successful candidate will be commercially minded and have strong experience within the IT sector with such contracts already forming the majority of your caseload. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 PQE and be able to run a caseload independently, with support as an when required.
