A long established firm based in the heart of Preston have grown a reputation for providing a specialist conveyancing service to individuals. Due to a heavy work load the client is looking to recruit a Locum Residential Conveyancer to join their firm on a locum full time basis until they recruit on the permanent side.

The role would suit a Locum Residential Conveyancer who has dealt with all areas of Residential Conveyancing and who has experience dealing with a busy caseload. Applications for this role will be considered from qualified solicitors, legal executives or licensed conveyancers with at least 3-5 years' PQE who is technically competent and can quickly become an integral part of a team.
