The firm specialises in providing bespoke funding for property developers focused on large-scale residential property developments.
An opportunity has arisen for a talented commercial lawyer to join our clients close knit legal team. You will work closely with the central business function drafting, negotiating and advising on a range of agreements. The role will be varied, dealing with both real estate and commercial matters.
The successful candidate must be a strong commercial lawyer with 4-6 years' PQE and have experience dealing with a range of property matters to include residential development and plot sales. The company is an entrepreneurial dynamic business and a likeminded individual who can operate with confidence is ideally sought.
