Residential Conveyancing Locum – Cambridgeshire – £35-£40 per hour
A lucrative opportunity has arisen for a successful Residential Conveyancing Locum to aid a leading law firm in Cambridgeshire. Our client can pay up to £40 per hour, and possibly more for the right candidate.
The position is to start ASAP and the expected duration is 3 months, with possibility of extension.
The successful candidate will handle a busy caseload consisting of leasehold and freehold sale and purchase, re-mortgages and equity release. Property values range from £250 - £750k. Full secretarial support is provided.
The office is located a short walk from a train station allowing convenience for those commuting by train.
