Our client a market leading International firm are seeking a Solicitor to join their Banking and Finance team in London.

The successful candidate is likely to be newly qualified solicitor, trained at a leading city or regional firm and will have outstanding academics. You will have completed a seat in Banking during your training contract and will have a solid understanding of banking law. 

You will be have the opportunity to work alongside senior team members on the firm’s diverse client base which includes banks and corporate lenders on a variety of transactions. You will have exposure to a high quality work. Your workload will consist of but will not be limited to: project finance, secure lending and restructuring work.
