A well Established Law firm based in Cheadle is recruiting for a Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner to improve their successful team of Conveyancers.
You must have 6 months previous experience as a Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner. In order to be successful in this role must have handled your own caseload of Sale, Purchase and Re-Mortgage files. Its going to be extremely beneficial if you have completed your LLB and LPC.
Your role will include handling a busy caseload of Residential Conveyancing matters including sales, Purchases and Re-mortgage. Freehold and Leasehold Transactions.
The role offers genuine progression opportunities and the salary is dependent upon your experience.
