A great new role has come up with a well known Automotive organisation based in Berkshire.
My client is looking for junior - mid level corporate/commercial solicitors to join their established & expanding legal team and take on a wide range of international general commercial work

Description
The responsibilities of the Legal Counsel will include:
Drafting, negotiating and advising on all types of commercial contract across the EMEA region
Providing general advisory support on compliance matters, including anti-bribery, competition, data protection and modern slavery
Supporting on consumer law and e-commerce
Assisting marketing and advertising law
Profile
Suitable candidates for the Legal Counsel role will have the following skills / experience:
- UK Qualified solicitor with roughly 1-5 years experience.
- Demonstrable experience in commercial contracts is essential
- Experience and/or understanding of the GDPR is highly beneficial.
- Candidates from either a private practice or in-house background will be considered.
