You should have an excellent telephone manner, good attention to detail and strong time management skills. The role works on a shift pattern. Over a 3 week period you will work 1 week on the early shift 8-4.30, a middle shift of 9.30 -6 and a late shift of 1pm - 9pm. you would be required to work 1 weekend every 7 weeks and you would have 2 days off in lieu through the week.

This role is an entry level role and it is envisaged that you will work in this team for between 6 - 8 months before being promoted to a Paralegal role, either running your own caseload or assisting a Solicitor or Partner on their higher value more complex caseload. The firm offer training contracts every year and select their trainees from within. Currently the firm offer 12 training contracts per year and many of their Partners started out at the firm in a role much like this.

This is an excellent entry level role for any graduate eager to start their career with a leading Personal Injury specialist who are recognised for excellence throughout the country.
