Chadwick Nott have been instructed to find a Personal Injury Paralegal for a highly respected Claimant Personal Injury Firm based in Sheffield city centre. The salary is negotiable and will be upwards of £22K.
The team deal with a mixed bag of claimant PI to include RTA, EL, PL, Product Liability and Sports Injury work. The firm are looking to appoint a Fee Earner with upwards of 12 months experience dealing with ideally EL/PL/RTA claims on the MOJ Portal, although the firm would consider those candidates who have specialised in one of areas of Personal Injury. It is essential that you have Stage 2 experience. To be successful in the role you will have excellent time management skills and the ability to manage a volume caseload. You should have strong drafting skills as you will regularly find yourself drafting documents such as Schedules of Loss etc.
Applications are invited from candidates with over 12 months experience dealing with Stage 2 claims. You will have ideally completed your LLB and LPC or ILEX, although if you have the practical experience, the legal qualifications can be overlooked.
