The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a locally-based Property Lawyer to join our clients’ practice in Tunbridge Wells. Working as part of a specialist and CQS accredited team, the successful Lawyer will handle a full caseload of Residential and Commercial Property matters, with a significant bias towards the former, from instruction to post-completion. Building strong client relationships and developing local connections are essential additions to the role.

The Candidate
You must be a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer; with applications sought from those 2 years’ PQE to senior level.
You must have excellent technical skills with a broad range of expertise encompassing residential and commercial transactional work.
First class client care and relationship-building skills are essential for the position.
You will have an aptitude for business development.
You will be a proactive team player with the ability to manage a full caseload with minimal supervision.
