Property Solicitor

Our client, a growing law firm based in Manchester are seeking to appoint an experienced Property Solicitor with at least 3 Years PQE, to handle a mixed caseload of Residential & Commercial matters for new their Property department.

You will be dealing with a mixed caseload of Residential & Commercial Property matters from instruction to completion, covering Leases and Landlord & Tenant matters.

This is an excellent opportunity for a self motivated and driven Solicitor to join a firm that is offering a Partnership opportunity to the successful candidate along with a salary of £30,000 - £40,000. The successful candidate will be a Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 3 Years PQE within Property and will have ideally gained experience handling your own mixed caseload of Residential & Commercial Property matters. Membership of Property Panels would be a considerable advantage but not essential but you must be keen to undertake business development through networking and attending conferences
