Tax Litigation Solicitor

Our client is a litigation powerhouse across multiple sectors.   They are seeking to recruit a bright disputes lawyer to join their contentious tax team, it isn’t absolutely critical that you have had tax disputes experience during your training,  but if you haven’t you ideally will have done a corporate tax seat and a disputes seat and be able to demonstrate a passion for both and an interest . 

The work is a mix between direct and indirect tax, and they are particularly noted for some large-scale disputes against the HMRC. 

They have a relaxed approach to working hard and have a tight knit culture.
