Our client is a US firm seeking to bolster its strong market leading Corporate team in London with mid level Corporate lawyers. This impressive Corporate group is particularly interested in associates with 2-4 years strong relevant corporate experience in global matters such as private equity, complex public and private M&A, joint ventures and securities offerings. You will be joining a firm which has a strong and impressive practice in large scale domestic and international matters. You will need to have strong academics, top tier experience and be a team player with drive and self motivation as well as be able to lead and inspire others to secure this outstanding position acting for globally high profile clients. New York salary offered.
