My client, a leading financial institution, is looking for a Board Support Administrator to join them on a permanent basis.
The role:
- Will involve assisting in the scheduling and organising of Board and Committee meetings, and any other ad-hoc meetings of Directors and Annual General Meetings.
- You will also be required to provide administrative assistance to the Company Secretarial team, including distribution of Board and Committee papers
The ideal candidate:
- Will have 2 years previous experience working in a administration role is essential;
- 2 years prior experience dealing with Directors and Senior Executives is essential;
- 12 months previous experience working within a Company Secretary Department is desirable.
