The London office of this 'white shoe' New York firm has a wonderful opportunity for a talented M&A, corporate lawyer to join a small dynamic team assisting the team in with provision of professional support. Ideallly you will have 5-8 years experience in public and private M&A work either as an associate or as a practice development position. The team advises on a wide range of public and private M&A and corporate transactional and advisory work across many industry sectors globally.

There is a very collegiate, supportive team environment within the firm and the professional support team are integral in the success of the advice given in terms of research, precedent updates and technical briefings. The Practice development service is a proactive global offering with 4 PDLs in the London Corporate team. This role could be part time for the right candidate.
