This south Manchester law firm has an enviable track record and a very well established and successful residential conveyancing department.

Your new role

This conveyancing role will see you operate at a senior level in the team. You will manage both solicitors and paralegals and liaise with key clients to ensure that service level agreements are adhered to and that service levels are of the best possible quality. You will also have a small caseload of your own.

What you'll need to succeed

You should have 3+ years' residential conveyancing experience and be able to handle the full range of conveyancing matters. You should have good technical skills and have had experience of managing others or be able to take on this responsibility. It is also important that you are able to build and maintain client relationships. The role will involve working with a case management system and so you will ideally be well versed in working with a case management system.
