Real Estate NQ Solicitor

Leading regional law firm seeking an NQ Solicitor to join their very reputable Real Estate department. With a strong presence in the North West region, the firm are looking to grow their Commercial Property offering due to a natural increase in workload. Based in Manchester City Centre, you will have an appetite to work within the Real Estate sector and a desire to develop a successful career path.

This role is ideally suited for an NQ Solicitor who has gained experience within the Real Estate sector on their training contract. It would be advantageous if you have gained experience of lending or finance work, either for a borrower or a lender, as the majority of the caseload will be property finance focussed.

This is a particularly interesting area of law and the firm are receiving an increasing number of instructions. Ready made caseload with early fee earning responsibility within a vibrant and enthusiastic environment.
