Private Client Lawyer - Our clients, who have a network of offices along the West Sussex coast and have gone from strength to strength in the past few years, are now looking to expand their lifetime planning team with a further solicitor or legal executive.
He/she will need to be c. 2years + PQE with good academics, a solid background in all aspects of private client work and be able to demonstrate excellent standards of client care.
Joining a highly experienced and successful team you will be assisting a partner on the more complex matters as well as managing your own busy caseload of, drafting wills, setting up and administrating trusts, undertaking related tax planning, Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection matters and estate administration.
The team boasts members of STEP, SFE and Dementia Friends; candidates with any of these memberships will be at a distinct advantage. A sympathetic and approachable outlook is essential as you will be expected to interview clients at home, in hospital or in the office.
