THE ROLE
You will be taking on a very busy caseload of family and children cases, which will include cases with an international element, applications for injunctions (and undertaking your own advocacy in the same) as well as financial proceedings, dissolution of civil partnerships and more. You will be a qualified solicitor with at least 3 years’ PQE or a similarly-experienced legal executive or fee-earning paralegal. Access to your own transport and a full clean driving licence is essential as you will be working across two offices and possibly visiting clients in their own homes. THE CANDIDATE
You will:-
Be a solicitor of 3+ years’ PQE or a similarly-experienced legal executive or fee-earning paralegal;
Have excellent IT skills with the ability to manage your own workload without the benefit of secretarial support;
Possess outstanding client-care skills with an empathetic approach and the ability to explain complex matters in clear, accessible language;
Be a robust and determined advocate;
Be a great team player.
