In-House Legal Counsel – Commercial – South West
About
A new and highly desirable opportunity has arisen with a business which is seeing some fantastic growth in the market.
Responsibilities
This is an autonomous opportunity, offering the right candidate strong personal and professional development. You will enjoy supporting all divisions within the business and focus mainly on areas relating to commercial and IT related contracts.
This would suit a junior – mid level Lawyer looking for a generalist role within the IT industry.
Requirements
- Eligible to work in the UK
- UK qualified Solicitor 1 – 4 years PQE
- In-House experience (desirable)
- Specialisms in commercial contracts, company commercial highly preferred. Any exposure to corporate law would be beneficial but not essential
- IT/Telecoms or Technology related background
