The role
This legal job will open up opportunities for the right people to join the company’s MOJ Portal legal team, where, on completion of the initial period of qualification, you may be entitled to apply for assistance towards your ILEX fees, or the possibility of progressing your legal career in a fee-earning role within litigation. This position is with a view to training an individual as a fee earner on the MOJ Portal, and subsequently offers exposure to litigation.
Main responsibilities
- The retention of new clients in the firm’s Legal department
- Making outbound calls to clients to chase outstanding documentation and assessing claims
- Explaining retainer documentation to clients
- Importing incoming documents to Proclaim in relation to legal cases
- Supporting the Legal department with administrative duties, when required
- Be willing to immerse yourself within an excellent training facility
