The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic Solicitor to join our clients’ highly regarded Technology team in Nottingham. Working closely with senior members of the team, the successful Solicitor will advise a range of clients on commercial contracts and agreements. Matters will include non-contentious: information technology; data protection and; intellectual property. Additional experience with public sector work would be highly advantageous but not essential for the position. The ideal Solicitor will also enjoy participating in business development and marketing activities.
The Candidate
You must be a qualified Solicitor with around 2 - 5 years’ PQE gained within a well-regarded Technology department.
You must have excellent technical skills with expertise in non-contentious IT, IP and data protection being essential.
You will have excellent academics with at least a 2:1 at degree level.
You will be a team player with first class interpersonal skills.
A willingness to become involved in business development is essential.
Prior experience of public sector work would be advantageous.
