An experienced EL/PL Claims Handler is wanted to manage a defendant personal injury caseload in a leading practice based in West Yorkshire. Salary is dependant on experience.

The EL/PL Claims Handler will join a small team managing Fast Track matters to conclusion. Caseloads will consist of Fast Track EL/PL matters, you will manage pre and post litigated aspects and will be able to hit the ground running.

Applications are invited from Paralegals, Fee Earners, Litigation Executives with a minimum of 12 months recent experience managing a defendant EL/PL Personal Injury matters to conclusion. Candidates with a claimant background will also be considered if you have the EL/PL experience.
