Debt Recovery Executive

A modern and central located law firm are currently looking for a Debt Recovery Executive to join a busy department of six.

You will be a vital part of the team and the main part of your role will be:

·         Speaking to customers requesting overdue payment for their utility bills

·         Processing what the next stage of debt collecting is

·         Filling in forms online to process claim

·         Pro activity following up on claims

You will have:

·         Excellent communication skills, especially on the telephone

·         An organised and methodical method of working

·         Have some understanding of debt recovery process

·         Be confident and understanding to clients situation

·         Enjoy working in a team
