Position - Private Client Solicitor


A new opportunity has opened for a Solicitor with a background in Private Client work to join the London office of a prominent local firm. The firm have a particular focus on working with high net worth and ultra-high net worth individuals on a number of legal matters. With this in mind the firm are now looking to bring in a qualified Solicitor to take up a senior position in their Private Client team. As such the firm are looking for a business minded Solicitor that with technical experience in handling matters related to Trusts, Estates, Tax Planning and Cross Border matters. Any experience in Wealth Planning would also be advantageous. The firm would also require their joining Solicitor to have a thorough understanding and experience in marketing to and developing business amongst high net worth individuals, although the firm does have a strong client base that generates enough work as it is. This position would suit a Solicitor that has developed particular experience in carrying out a range of Private Client work for high net worth individuals and who is now looking to join a firm that specialises in this area, with the prospect of being fast-tracked to Partnership upon completion of a probationary period.

Required Skills and Responsibilities;

- Experience in Trusts, Estates, Tax Planning and complex wills and probate matters
- Experience in working with high net worth clients
- Ideally some experience in generating new business.
