Commercial Property Solicitor - Southampton.

This is one of the biggest Firms in Hampshire (they are award-winning and also a Top 100 Firm) with a well-deserved reputation for excellence and are looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor (2-4 years PQE) to join this successful Real Estate division. Due to increased workloads they need someone who is dynamic, hardworking and keen to work for one of the largest Commercial Property teams in the region. The role is based in Southampton and will pay up to £50,000.

As a Commercial Property Solicitor you will join a highly regarded Real Estate team, working on all aspects of Real Estate acquisition contracts as well as commercial Landlord and Tenant work. Solicitors will work as part of a team on complex acquisitions, developments and disposal transactions as well as all aspects of estate management work. Your work will also include portfolio transactions and site development, including finance. You will be actively involved in the development of the department, which will include strengthening existing client relationships as well as winning new business.

As well as having worked in the above areas the ideal candidate will have L&T work experience, have been involved in insolvency transactions and corporate support as well as granting leases, investment dealings or asset management.

The successful candidate will probably be 2-4 years PQE (in Commercial Property), but if you have the confidence and the enthusiasm then this firm can give you the experience need to work at a top firm. The ability to develop business relationships with new and existing clients mixed in with a strong academic profile will help.
