Large highly regarded in Chambers and Legal 500 are looking to recruit a solicitor of around 2-5PQE with experience in either corporate/corporate finance and/or commercial contracts work. You must be a dynamic individual who has good and demonstrable experience behind them in one of the fields - either experience of working on private equity investments, drafting and negotiating cross border commercial contracts, working on large corporate finance transactions or banking transactions.
