Wills & Probate Paralegal – £16k to £22k – Staffordshire

Well established firm seeks a driven Paralegal to become part of their successful private client team. The firm is offering a competitive salary and good long term prospects for progression. This role would be ideally suited to a driven Paralegal with a keen interest in private client law who is seeking a friendly and accommodating firm in which to develop their career.

Role
The successful applicant will assist a senior solicitor on a range of private client matters ranging from simple wills to complex trusts. The candidate will receive extensive training and be given the opportunity to develop their practice with a view to eventually become a self sufficient private client fee earner.

Firm
This is a well established firm with a modern approach. They are adept at recognising talent and developing their staff. The private client department has an excellent reputation locally and continues to be instructed regularly on stimulating and complex private client matters.

Remuneration
A salary of £16,000 to £22,000 is on offer, dependent on experience. Candidates with significant fee earning experience who have higher salary expectations will be considered on their merits.

Candidate
We are looking for a commercially minded and driven individual who is committed to providing a first class service to clients. Excellent communication skills and an empathetic approach are an essential requirement. Experience supporting a private client department is highly desirable but not essential.
