A leading law firm based in Liverpool are currently seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their growing and reputable team.
The firm in question deal with a range of real estate matters acting on behalf of high net worth clients and are seeking an additional member in their Real Estate team.
The successful candidate will have circa 1-3 years PQE and looking for that next step in their career.
Yo will be dealing with a varied caseload and interesting caseload consisting of secure lending, development, landlord & tenant, commercial investment & leases and bridging finance.
