Corporate Solicitor

The client is a progressive, modern law firm with a national client base and they currently have a requirement for a Corporate Lawyer with a good technical background to join a growing commercial team with a focus on high value corporate transactions and company re-organisations.

This is an excellent opportunity for an NQ-4 years PQE solicitor with commercial awareness and a varied, wide ranging transactional experience to join a growing Corporate team. You would be joining a friendly, energetic, enthusiastic and well regarded team that typically deals in good quality and generally high value corporate transactions and company re-organisations.

Typically your work will include Private Company M&A deals of £1m-£50m, acting for both buyers and sellers, MBO's and MBI's, Shareholders Agreements, Restructuring and Banking Work. The successful candidate would be involved in all aspects of the work together with supporting firm wide projects and gaining experience with other teams within the Corporate Group.

You must be professional, motivated and enthusiastic and have excellent communication and IT skills. You will be expected to run your own case-load but also be an interactive team member.
