Residential Conveyancer (Part-Time available)

A Senior Residential Conveyancer is wanted for an excellent job opportunity with a highly regarded law firm, based in Bristol. 

My client can offer a four-day working week, if required, and the salary is negotiable, depending on experience. 

The role

My client is a successful, multi-service private practice with recommendations in Chambers & Partners and the Legal 500. Working for this forward-thinking, commercially-focussed firm, there is a pleasant working environment and a well-established client base.

Due to continued growth and expansion, it is looking to recruit an experienced residential conveyancer to handle a full range of conveyancing matters, to include freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, help to buy, shared ownership, transfer and equity, and right to buy.

The candidate

Applications are invited from pragmatic and organised conveyancers with at least four years’ experience, who are searching for a challenge and the opportunity to develop their career. The successful legal candidate will have solid experience in attending and advising on the full range of conveyancing matters.
